Red colour     = summerhouse is available in 44mm wall thickness only

                            The ridge will be covered with shingles.

Step 3 - determine your roof size
  • If you do not require a canopy then stay with the size you have chosen for your summerhouse
  • If you require a canopy, then select the size of canopy that is available for your chosen dimension of summerhouse. You will also need to add one extra log level to the height of the summerhouse. Add all the wall dimensions together and multiple this by the wall element price in the table on the right.

Example: You have chosen a size of 300cm. You require a canopy of 240cm.
Total length of your roof will then be 540cm

Step 4 - choose your accessories
1. Choose your windows and doors
  • Add 230mm to the width of your chosen door or window. If the measurement is smaller than the size of the wall where the door/window is to be positioned then it will fit.
  • If you opt for a double glazed door or a door of 1935mm tall, then you will need to add one log level. Add all the wall dimensions together and multiply this by the wall element rate in our price tables opposite.
2. Choose any solid walls or balustrades. Open walls, solid walls and or balustrades can be positioned to your own design. See the price list opposite.

Delivery - approx 5 weeks or 7 weeks if pre-treated.

You can choose to have your custom built summerhouse factory finished in a choice of 4 translucent colours - brown, white, blue-grey or green.

Notes!

When the roof size is greater than the wall structure (canopy), calculate 2 extra poles MP01.
If the span of the canopy is 360cm or greater, then calculate 1 additional MP01 pole per side.

Also if you choose a canopy, you will need to raise the summerhouse with 2 extra log levels.

The roof construction of a canopy with a pyramid roof is open plan. For an extra charge you can choose a ceiling inder the canopy or in the summerhouse. This can be used as a mezzanine storage area.
